Eric O’Brian Burk, 28 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after reports said he threw and hit a 20 year-old woman with a large metal air freshener during a dispute n Old Summerville Road.
Burk is then accused of using brass knuckles to damage the victim’s car.
Burk is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
