David Edwood Hackney, 40 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he molested a 13 year-old female while she slept.
Reports stated that Hackney inserted his hands under the victim’s underwear and fondled the private area while sexually arousing himself.
The incident occurred back on April 5th at a home on Blacks Bluff Road in Rome
Hackney is charged with child molestation.
