Christopher Lee Tucker, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to report a new home address after moving.
Authorities stated that Tucker violated the terms of being a sex offender by not notifying the sheriff’s office of his move from 2209 Shorter Avenue to a new residence back in June.
Tucker is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.
