Daniel Ray Adams, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fired a gun into a fire in an effort to intimate a juvenile child.
Officers said that when they arrived on scene, Adams told them that he was “not trying to kill his kids, only intimidate them.”
The incident occurred at a home on Overlook Street.
Adams is charged with reckless conduct.
