Rolando Morales, 68 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a 19 year-old woman at Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center.
Reports said that Morales repeatedly accessed the victim’s medical records without her knowledge or approval.
Morales is charged with five counts of computer invasion of privacy, six counts of stalking and computer trespass.
The arrest came after police wrongfully arrested another man for the same charges last week.
Reports said that police first arrested a Rolando Salazar-Morales last week. Police later released the man as they soon discovered that had jailed the wrong man.
