Brett Anthony Plott, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he went into homes that were not his without being invited on Couper Street.
Police said that when they arrived on scene he refused to comply and as a result had to be physically restrained.
Plott is charged with criminal trespass, obstruction and failure to appear.
