Roosevelt Cornelius Williams, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found stumbling drunk near the intersection of Camp and Forsyth Streets.
Police said that they found Williams with slurred speech while walking unsteady on his feet in public.
Williams is charged with city drunkenness and probation violation.
