George Kelvin Waddell, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with an assortment of dangerous drugs while riding his bicycle down Cave Spring Road
Officers said that Waddell was in possession of methamphetamine and cocaine during a traffic stop.
Waddell was also found with two glass smoking pipes tied to his bicycle.
Waddell is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, and probation violation.
