Julio Cesar Jimenes Andres, 28 of Rome, is facing numerous charges after reports said he was found with cocaine inside the Floyd County Jail while being booked.

Reports said that Andres was initially arrested when a traffic stop on Shorter Avenue at the Waffle House led officers to find an opened container of alcohol, marijuana, THC oil and DAB.

After arriving at the jail, while being searched, Andres was found with a bag of cocaine inside his cellphone.

Andres is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drugs by inmate, driving without insurance and open container.
