Pennee Jean Moore-Brown, 46 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said she stole funds from the Hospitality House for Women.
Reports said that Brown used the checking account information and routing numbers to take $132.74 without their consent.
Brown is charged with identity fraud and theft.
