Marshain Dontai Hamilton, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving a stolen 2023 Can Am.
Reports said that Hamilton, who was driving on a suspended license, was located in the stolen vehicle on North Broad Street.
The Can Am is valued at $3,500.
Hamilton is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and driving on a suspended license.
