A convicted felon, Lawrence O’Quinn Harvey, 63 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a gun during an accident on Big Texas Valley Road.
Reports said that Harvey is accused of fashioning a holder and gun to the side panel of his four-wheeler. Reports added that witnesses on scene of the accident had to take the gun away from Havery due to him possibly going to use it against them.
Harvey is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obstruction, driving without a license, driving without insurance and probation violation.
