Steven Brian Eaves Jr, 23 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he abandoned a male German Shepard dog near Lake Ridge Circle.
Reports said that he left the dog without food or water. He is also accused of starving the animal to the point he did not have palpable fat which caused the dog’s ribs, lumbar, vertebrae and pelvic bones to become easily visible.
Eaves is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
