Natasha Amanda Terry, 42 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome after reports said she stole a bottle of chocolate milk from Walmart.
Reports said that the milk was valued at $1.74.
Terry is also a wanted fugitive from Alabama.
Terry is charged with theft by shoplifting and fugitive from justice.
