Jarred Kyle Graham, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a 78 year-old man at his home on Jack Street in Silver Creek.
Reports stated that Graham violated conditions of his bond when he “took possession” of the victim’s home.
Officers went on to say that when they arrived on scene Graham slammed the door in their face.
Graham is charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction.
