Richard Donald Mask Jr, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to defecate in public at the Circle K on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports said that Mask became loud and boisterous outside the parking lot of the gas station before he was seen assuming the position of defecating in front of customers.
Mask is charged with disorderly conduct.
