Jadakiss Jaler Waddell, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said after reports said he illegally entered a home on East 20th Street and attacked a 32 year-old woman.
Police said that after getting the victim on the ground he placed his knee on the woman’s chest and placed her in fear of receiving a violent injury.
Waddell is also accused of slashing the victim’s car tires.
Waddell is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and probation violation.
