Henry Rondald Davidson III, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found stalking a 25 year-old woman at her home on Etowah Terrace.
Reports said that the victim had placed a protection order against Davidson before he went to her home and began to pound on her front door around 1 am in the morning.
Davidson is charged with aggravated stalking.

Reports said that Donaldson placed the woman’s arm behind her back and refused to let her go. When the victim finally pulled away, she reportedly suffered scratches to her arm.
The incident occurred in front of a 5 year-old child.
Davidson is charged with battery and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree.
