Lindale Man Jailed for Raping, Attacking Woman in Front of Children

Christopher Adam Priebe, 40 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he beat and raped a woman in front of her children.

Police said that Priebe punched the victim while raping her in front of her children at a home on Maple Avenue.

The victim also told police that Priebe threatened to kill her prior to having sexual relations.

Officers went on to add that they observed a swollen eye and visible injuries to the left side of her face and neck on the victim.

Priebe is charged with aggravated assault, battery, 1^st degree cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts.
