Charles Dwayne Owens, 56 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he placed a woman in fear of getting injured when he began to throw foreign objects at her.
Owens is also accused of punching and breaking a 55 inch Hisense Roku, valued at $347.75.
The incident occurred at a home on Booze Mountain Road.
Owens is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and failure to appear.
