Kenneth Randall Fortune, 62 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a 60 year-old woman down to the ground.
The incident occurred at their Flowery Brach Road home.
The victim’s face reportedly hit a table causing her to suffer a black and swollen eye.
Fortune is charged with battery.
