A homeless 48 year-old Rome woman, Charlene Annette Williams, was arrested this week after reports said she was found smoking marijuana in the doorway of a business on Shorter Avenue.
Officers said that a search of Williams then resulted in a package of THC-A was found in her purse.
Williams is charged with possession of marijuana.
