Christopher Daniel Santiago, 30, Ulises Jimenez, 23, and Carilo Lopez, 31, all of Rome were arrested on Melrose Avenue after engaging in a fight.
Reports did not indicate what the brawl was over, but did say that it occurred just before 11 pm on Wednesday.
Officers added that Lopez attempted to flee the scene when officers arrived.
Jimenez is accused of attempting to repeatedly pulling away from officers while being handcuffed
All three are charged with affray.
Jimenez and Lopez are also charged with obstruction.
