Jennifer Lynn Williams, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she threatened a woman at CSL Plasma on North Division Street.
Police said that Williams placed a “battery with a blue wire on the rims of the victim’s car with the purpose of evacuating the building”.
Williams is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats/acts.
