George William Cody Womack, 42 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from someone when he went to their home on Jake Whorton Road.
Reports added that Womack made physical contact with the victim during the incident.
Womack is charged with aggravated stalking.
