Latasha Latrice Smith-Davis, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving drunk with a child in her car.
Police said that and opened bottle of alcohol and a 13 year-old child was found in her vehicle during the stop on South Broad Street.
Smith-Davis is charged with DUI, open container and endangering a child via DUI
