William Henry Nesbet, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports he was found with drugs after violating several driving laws.
Officers said they observed Nesbit running a stop sign on Calhoun Road before noticing that he was operating a motor vehicle without proper headlights.
After conducting a traffic stop on Wilshire Road, officers added that Nesbet was found in possession of marijuana.
Nesbet is charged with possession of marijuana, stop sign violation an headlight requirement.
