Joshua Franklin Price, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked another with a “cutting object”.
Reports stated that Price used the object to cut the 34 year-old male at a location on Old Dalton Road.
Police added that the victim reportedly was attempting to walk away from the altercation after Price shoved him. However Price armed himself with the object and attacked Price from behind.
Price is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, battery, simple battery and probation violation.
