Timothy Lavon Grace Jr, 37 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with two bags of methamphetamine and a glass smoking device during a search on Park Avenue.
Reports added that the drugs were located under a bench he was sitting on inside a park.
Police went on to state that they located a similar package of meth inside his pocket that was also located under the bench.
Grace is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, contempt of superior court and probation violation.
