Four teens, Wesley Brian Bagley, 18 of Rome, Dallyss Denea Dudley, 19 of Dallas, Kendall Sebastian Smtih, 19 of Kingston, and Angelina Naomi Brown, 18 of Summerville, were arrested in Rome after a traffic stop around 3 am in the morning.
Reports said that Dudley was allegedly found drinking and driving along Highway 411. A bottle of opened tequila was also found in the vehicle.  A search then led officers to find a vape pen in the vehicle .
Dudley is charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, open container, driving in violation of driver class, endangering a child by DUI, driving without license in possession, underage furnishing of alcohol and furnishing tobacco to minors. .
Bagley is charged with underage possession of alcohol and two counts of furnishing tobacco to minors.
Smith is charged with underage possession of alcohol, furnishing tobacco to minors and open container
Brown is charged with underage possession of alcohol, furnishing tobacco to minors and open container
