Dalton Kal-El Scuderi, 18 of Resaca, was arrested in Rome after reports said he stole a 1996 GMC Sierra from a man on Salley David Road in Armuchee.
Reports said that Scuderi was given the opportunity to return the truck but refused to do so.
The value of the vehicle was listed at $2,500.
Scuderi is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
