Rome Man Jailed After Pulling Woman’s Hair

Manuel De Jesus Perez-Perez, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he forcibly grabbed a 29 year-old woman by the hair.

The incident occurred in front of a 13 year-old child on Wilkins Street.

Perez is charged with simple battery and 3^rd degree cruelty to children.
