Annie Rose Clement, 38, and Duke Henry McCool, 33, both of Silver Creek, were arrested at Walmart this week after reports said they skip-scanned several hours before walking out of the store without paying.
Police said that the couple stole $87.60 worth of items.
Both are charged with theft by shoplifting.
McCool is additionally charged with three felony counts of failure to appear.
