Nikita Latrice Taylor, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she exposed her genitals to multiple police officers and firefighters at a location on Arthur Lane.
Police said that the exposure occurred after Taylor refused to identify herself to authorities.
Taylor is charged with public indecency, obstruction and probation violation.
