Adam Lamar Ely, 41 of Calhoun, was jailed in Rome after he was found with drugs during a traffic stop on Redmond Circle.
Reports stated that Ely was a passenger in a vehicle when it was stopped for a window tint violation. During the stop, a K9 officer alerted on the vehicle, leading police to find meth in Ely’s pants.
Ely is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
