Two Rome sisters, Tiarra Sharnique Palmer, 33, and Kiarra Lasha Parks, were arrested at their home on Reservoir Street after a verbal altercation became physical.
On Thursday, Palmer is accused of attacking her sister, Parks, by hitting her on the side of her face and pulling out her hair.
Parks is accused of also hitting her Palmer on the left side of her face. Palmer’s face was left with visible injuries.
In addition, in an altercation that occurred last October, Palmer allegedly jumped a 24 year-old woman from behind and drug her to the ground. The victim reportedly suffered several visible injuries. She is also accused of threatening to kill the woman and her small children. This incident occurred on East 14th Street last October.
Both are charged with battery.
Palmer is additionally charged with simple battery, terroristic threats and acts, failure to appear and two counts probation violation.
