Kewon Damonion Hutchinson, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked his wife before using his car to ram into her rear-end causing her to wreck.
The wreck occurred on MLK Blvd.
Hutchinson is charged with aggravated assault, stalking, aggressive driving, following too closely and reckless driving.
