Brittany Nichole Matthews, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found acting in a disorderly manner in the Charles Hight Shopping Center.
Police said that Matthews attempted to enter another’s vehicle while the owner was inside. She is then accused of running into a store while acting in a disorderly manner.
Matthews is charged with disorderly conduct.
