Elena Arcelle Prieto, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that she and a 16 year-old child were found with marijuana and alcohol at a location on Maple Street.
Because the 16 year-old is a minor her identity has been withheld.
Prieto is charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
