Brittany Dawn Buttrum, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she shoved another woman in the chest and then called a “Fu***** pu***” while trying to incite violence.
Police added that while they were taking her into custody she refused to place her hands behind her back.
Buttrum is charged with simple battery, disorderly conduct, obstruction and probation violation.
