Eniya Dartavia TyjzHai Marks, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found allegedly driving while high with her five year-old child in the car.
Police said that Marks smelled of burnt marijuana and was found with blood shot eyes after being pulled over for speeding on the Armuchee Connector.
Marks is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI and speeding.
