Kaviaus R Seagraves Jr, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he walked away from police officers while they were attempting to speak to him about his window tint on his vehicle.
Police said that Seagraves twice walked away from officers and then eventually into another’s home while refusing to speak to police.
Seagraves is charged with obstruction and window tint.
