Joshuah Ryan Huston, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found drunk in Cheer’s Liquor store on Shorter Avenue.
Reports added that Huston had been previously banned from the store when he was found drinking a handle of vodka at the store.
Authorities went on to say that Huston acted in a boisterous way before they arrived.
Huston is charged with public drunk and criminal trespass.
