Justin Ryan Potts, 37 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court protection order when he sent numerous threatening text messages to a 29 year-old woman.
Reports stated that Potts told the victim that he was going to “find her “ and “put my fu***** hands on you.”
Authorities added that when they found Potts he went to hide in the attic in an effort to avoid arrest.
When confronted by officers, Potts is then accused of refusing to comply.
Potts is charged with aggravated stalking, terroristic threats and acts, obstruction and probation violation.
