Kenneth Hilbert Hall, 57 of Kingston, was arrested this week for stealing water from Floyd County.
Police said that Hall had his water service disconnected for nonpayment back in October of last year before he tampered with the meter and reconnected his service.
Authorities went on to say that Hall was living on Abrams Road in Silver Creek at the time of the theft.
Hall is charged with theft of service.
