George William Cody Womack, 41 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved a woman to the ground leaving visible injuries to her shoulder.
Authorities went on to say that Womack then knocked holes in the wall and broke a bathroom mirror.
Police added that a 4 year-old child witnessed the incident.
Womack is charged with battery, cruelty to children in the 3rd degree and criminal trespass.
