Jackson Daniel Vaughn, 41, and Mackesha Lynn Vincent, 44, both of Rome, were arrested at a home on Lavender Drive after a dispute became physical
Police stated that both victims beat each other with a wooden board, which resulted in visible injuries.
Both are charged with simple assault.
