Chelsea Deate King, 37, and Mark Anthoney Williamon, 51, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they stole a motorcycle of a man who was incarcerated at the jail.
Police said that King stole a 2003 Kawasaki ZX900, valued at $1,600, from Ricky Moore back on January 20th.
Both are charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
