George Hadden Swanson, 61 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he went into the McDonald’s on Turner McCall Blvd after having been previously banned.
Police said that Swanson was told not to return to the restaurant on March 12th but was found on the premises just before 2 am on Sunday.
Swanson is charged with criminal trespass.
