Patrick Russell McMichael, 41 of Rome, was arrested at the Rock Store on Kingston Highway after he was found with methamphetamine.
Police said a search of McMichael resulted in them finding meth and a glass smoking device in his pant pockets
McMichael is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
